"What came out of these 3 days of acting workshop is still unbelievable for me. I am still reeling from the memories and the things I took away for myself. Jessica was able to help each individual find the right direction in both performance and acting. This requires a very good empathy and a lot of fun at work. And Jessica definitely conveys both! I had actually imagined the bodywork with Jessica quite differently. I thought it would be about how best to stand and move on stage. But Jessica did a lot of dancing, relaxation exercises with us, which in the end made for a very fun (and for 3 days quite challenging) choreography. Simply great! The acting training with Jessica consisted of individual body and perception exercises as well as scenic training. It was wonderful to watch how the individual scenes (dialogues) developed over time. And when you consider that there was only a total of 18 hours available for this, the end result is terrific in my opinion. I not only learned theory about acting, but also a lot about myself. This calls for a continuation or repetition! And this one is already scheduled. The weekend did my self-confidence so well! And I realized how much fun the acting workshop is for me! So anyone who wants to see if acting really suits their interests is in good hands here. But then it only remains for me to say a heartfelt THANK YOU to Jessica and Costanze.
